Legal declaration

  • The undersigned agrees to the provisions set out in the Articles of Association and the Internal Regulations of AEGEE-Amsterdam.
  • The undersigned agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy of AEGEE-Amsterdam.
  • The undersigned agrees to the processing of the special category personal data concerning allergies and dietary requirements in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy of AEGEE-Amsterdam.
  • By signing this form, the undersigned authorizes AEGEE-Amsterdam (IBAN: NL55INGB0005125092) to collect the annual membership fee from their bank account by direct debit until further notice**.
  • The undersigned agrees to the Privacy Policy of AEGEE-Amsterdam.
  • The undersigned has 48 hours after signing this agreement to withdraw without any further consequences or processing of their personal data.
**Direct debit is only available for IBAN accounts that begin with the following country codes: NL, AT, BE, CH, CZ, DE, ES, FR, HU, IT, LU, PT and SK. If your IBAN is from a different country, please contact us at office@aegee-amsterdam.nl. Please note that alternative payment methods, other than direct debit, will incur an additional administrative fee of 20 euros, in addition to the regular registration fee.

Consent for Promotional Purposes

The undersigned gives AEGEE-Amsterdam permission to use photographs and video recordings featuring the undersigned for communication and promotional purposes, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy of AEGEE-Amsterdam.

  • The association will not retain my personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it processes my data.
  • The undersigned may withdraw their consent at any time. Any processing of personal data carried out before consent was withdrawn remains lawful. After withdrawal, the association will remove the photographs and other visual material from its website.
  • Consent can be withdrawn by notifying the board by email or in writing.

Consent for the Almanac

I give AEGEE-Amsterdam permission to use the profile photo I have selected and published on the association's website for the almanac (yearbook) to be published in 2031.

Consent for WhatsApp Groups

I give AEGEE-Amsterdam permission to add my phone number to the WhatsApp groups of the association that are relevant to me.

  • The association will not retain my personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it processes my data.
  • The undersigned may withdraw their consent at any time. This can be done for one or more WhatsApp groups. Any processing of personal data carried out before consent was withdrawn remains lawful. After withdrawal, the association will remove your personal data from the relevant WhatsApp group(s).

Introduction Week

By checking the box below, I authorize AEGEE-Amsterdam to debit a maximum of €42 for the Introduction Week from 17 September 2026 through 25 September 2026. This also serves as the advance notification of the direct debit.
